1. Services
We provide freelance web design and front-end development services, which may include design, development, performance optimization, and AI-assisted visual assets (e.g., favicons or hero images) as agreed in writing.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
We may provide a reasonable number of revisions as specified in your proposal or invoice. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate or as a fixed add-on fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on schedule, you agree to provide timely feedback, required content (text/images), and access credentials (hosting, domain, analytics) as needed. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline.
4. Payments & Invoicing
- Invoices are payable by the due date listed on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
- If payment is late, work may be paused until the account is current.
Payments are processed via Stripe or other agreed payment methods.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables produced specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock media, or AI tools) may have their own licenses. You are responsible for ongoing license costs unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any website due to factors outside our control (hosting outages, third-party service changes, browser updates, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xian Builds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing. If a project is terminated after work has begun, you agree to pay for work completed up to the termination date. Deposits (if any) are generally non-refundable once work has started.
